You will manage a portfolio of 170-180 properties with leasing & admin support, that's right NO open homes or ingoing reports! Monday to Friday, NO SATURDAYS! You must have at least 2 years experience managing a portfolio and familiarity with the residential tenancy act. Our client provides on-going training to keep you motivated and up to date with any questions you may have that can help with day to day operations of being a Property Manager.
